HomeSearch at homesearch.my is an independent property marketing and enquiry website operated by Gabriel Cheong (REN 77096), a real estate negotiator under IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (E(1)1584). It is not an official developer website, and it does not hold itself out as the IQI Realty corporate website.

Listings, descriptions, architectural images, floor plans and location summaries are for preliminary information and may be subject to change. Illustrations may be artist’s impressions. Verify current project details, approvals, availability, pricing, incentives, tenure and contract terms with relevant developer-issued documents and qualified professionals before making decisions.
