Website identity
HomeSearch at homesearch.my is managed independently by Gabriel Cheong (REN 77096) as a real estate negotiator under IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (E(1)1584). Gabriel is not the developer, and this website is not owned or operated by a project developer.
HomeSearch is also distinct from the IQI Realty corporate website. IQI's official website can be found at iqiglobal.com.
Project-specific pages
Project subdomains such as devia.homesearch.my are independent marketing pages within the HomeSearch website family. Their project names identify the developments being discussed; they do not suggest that those pages are the developers' own websites.
Accuracy of information
Descriptions, illustrations, layout references and other materials are provided for informational purposes. Some images are artist’s impressions or developer-provided materials. Details including specifications, prices, offers, title, tenure, completion, availability and regulatory approvals must be verified with official materials and the relevant parties.
Role and payment clarification
Gabriel helps prospective buyers enquire about projects, compare properties, request information and coordinate viewings. HomeSearch does not accept booking fees, deposits or unit purchase payments through this website. An online enquiry does not reserve any property.
