Hello, I'm Gabriel Cheong (REN 77096), a real estate negotiator operating under IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (E(1)1584).
I help homebuyers and property investors explore new developments across Kuala Lumpur, Selangor and selected Malaysian locations. My role is to introduce suitable projects, explain available layouts and facilities, answer general buying questions, and coordinate showroom or site viewings.
