1. Information you choose to provide

If you contact HomeSearch by WhatsApp, email or telephone, you may provide your name, contact details, project interest, intended budget, property requirements or questions.

The homepage enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message on your device. It does not send the entered form data to a HomeSearch website database. You review the message and choose whether to send it through WhatsApp.

2. Why information is used

Information you voluntarily send is used to respond to your enquiry, provide project information or available materials, discuss your stated requirements, coordinate viewings and communicate relevant next steps.

3. Third-party platforms

If you open WhatsApp, its processing of your information is governed by its own privacy terms. Email and telecom providers also handle communications according to their applicable terms. Google Fonts may be requested from Google when you load the website. HomeSearch does not control third-party privacy practices.

4. Sharing

Information may be shared with relevant agency staff, developers, bankers or other service providers only when needed to assist with your request or when you consent to the relevant introduction. Property purchases may require separate documents and privacy notices from the relevant parties.

5. Protection and retention

Reasonable steps are taken to protect enquiry communications. Information should only be retained for as long as needed for the purpose of the enquiry or to meet relevant legal requirements.

6. Your choices

You may request access, correction or withdrawal of consent, where applicable, by contacting klpjcondo@gmail.com. Withdrawal may affect the ability to continue responding to your request.

7. Updates
